Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Petoruche. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• It must have all original tags still attached.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items, such as limited-edition "Specific Entity" drops or items marked as "Final Sale," may not be eligible for return.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
